Reset Your Password

In the event you forgot your password, you can use these steps to do a password reset and sign back in. 

Step 1. On the login/sign in page, click Forgot password button.

Step 2. You'll see the Reset your password page

• Enter your email address
• Hit Reset My Password button to proceed.

Step 3. You would receive a notification that the email has been sent

Step 4. You can now check your email to reset your password

• Make sure to also check your Spam Folder if you haven't seen the email in your inbox yet. 
• You can also use a filter from your email and use keywords such as "Reset" or "Password" to help find the email for the password reset
• Hit the Reset Password button

Step 5.  Enter a New Password and hit the Reset Password button again

Step 6. You can save the password and keep that on your device by hitting the Update Password button.
