Your quote results are divided into 2 sections: Settlement Fees & Insurance and Recording & Transfer Fees.

Both a buyer and Seller Column will appear on Title Quotes, Loan Estimates, and Closing Disclosures. Buyer Tools will only present a Buyer Column, and Seller Tools will present only a Seller column.
Modifying & Sharing Your Quote
: Hitting the Edit button will bring you back to the quoting page, allowing you to re-do or change the details that you have initially typed/entered therefore, saving you time.
: You can email your quotes/estimates to your intended recipients and even place notes to make it more personalized.
: Downloads a PDF to your Device. The PDF displays the profile and contact information of the individual who downloaded the quote/estimate. It is also co-branded, and would display both your details and that of realtors & lenders.
