Managing Title Orders

When you join TitleCapture, you can choose to have your clients place title orders using the platform. You can view their sent orders in the “Orders” tab of your home dashboard. 

Orders placed will be received in the following 3 areas:

  • Designated external orders email inbox of your choosing
  • Inside of the Selected Escrow Officer/Title Rep's account under the "Orders" tab.
  • The email address associated with the Selected Escrow Officer/Title Rep's account.

Processing an Order submitted to your team 

Login to your TitleCapture account.

1. Click on the Orders button which can be found at the top left hand navigation bar, additionally, it would allow you to see how many orders are pending right beside the Orders tab. 

2. Once a client completes an estimate or quote, they will see the "Order" button on the top right and submit the order as soon as they click it. Please refer to this link to know how clients can process the order. 

3. You would be able to see the Location, Submitter (name of sender) and when it was sent (received on). 

  • You'll also be able to search for the order using the Search for an Order field
  • Export the Orders as an Excel File using the Export as CSV button 
  • And if you click on the Location/Address - you should be able to see the detailed view of the Order (please refer to step 4)

4. You will be able to See the attached files, the seller and buyer information and would have the ability to Reassign or Share the order

We strongly recommend for your clients to download as a pdf their estimates and quotes and attach them along with the contract and other supplementary documents to make the closings a lot more efficient and effective.

5. Reassigning the Order allows you to assign the order to a team member or a senior closer/escrow officer

6. You can also share the orders to your team members if you'd need additional reference or insight from the rest of the team before processing the order.

7. The closings will be more efficient and effective through the in-app orders feature, in addition, you would also be able to easily track who to reach out to and their contact information by checking this help article on how to manage your client's data when it comes to following up on the orders being submitted to your team.
