Generating, Saving and Organizing Estimates
Below are steps for how to generate new estimates and access previously saved TitleCapture estimates.
All estimates run are automatically saved to your account.
Viewing and Generating Estimates
From your home dashboard you can:
- Open a brand new estimate by clicking the New Estimate tab.
- Access your saved quotes by clicking the All Estimates tab.
Clicking on the All Estimates tab will bring up the following page, which shows all of your currently saved estimates as well as options to edit, organize, and generate new estimates.
1. To Generate a new estimate, click on the blue
button.
2. The window that appears after clicking
will also give you the option to choose exactly which type of estimate you'd like to run. Chose an estimate from the below options:
Favoriting, Duplicating, and Deleting Estimates
- To favorite an estimate, click on the star icon that appears to the far right (the star will turn blue when clicked). You can unfavorite an estimate by clicking the same icon (star color will turn back to white).
- To duplicate an estimate, click on the three dots to the right and select Duplicate in the list of options that appear.
- To delete an estimate, click on the three dots to the right and select Delete in the list of options that appear.
Filtering & Searching for Estimates
- To filter for specific estimates, click on the button. See all filter options below:
You can filter estimates based on the following criteria: Favorite Estimates, Estimate Type, Last Date Updated, Location (city & county), and branch.
- To search for estimates, use the Search Bar. You can search by estimate name or location.
