      If you're experiencing an issue with the platform or need help with configuration or team settings, our Support Team is ready to assist. We monitor requests in real time, typically review and assign them within 20 minutes, and every request is handled by real people who genuinely care about helping you. We're committed to delivering exceptional, personalized service every step of the way.

      Yes—we’re happy to speak with you live!  To ensure we allocate the right amount of time and resolve your issue efficiently, please:

        2. In your email—or at any point during the ticket—you can request a phone call or Zoom meeting.
        3. We’ll reply with a call-in number or a link to book time directly on our Support calendar.
