You have two ways to add a visual. Pick whichever works best for you:

Click Mark the bug.
Use the drawing tools at the top of the screen to point out the problem. You can draw a box, sketch with the pen, change the color, or undo a mark. [CONFIRM: what the droplet icon does]

Option B: Record your screen
Click Record screen.
Click the red REC button to start. You can turn your microphone on or off and use the same drawing tools while you record. [CONFIRM: browser permission prompts for screen/mic]
Show us what happened, step by step. Recordings can be up to 2 minutes, and the timer counts down so you can see how much time is left. [CONFIRM: 2-minute limit]
Click the stop button when you're done and preview your recording.

Say what you were trying to do. For example: "I was trying to save my bio."
Say what happened instead. For example: "Nothing happened when I clicked the button."
Point at it. Marking the screen shot or recording a quick video saves a lot of back-and-forth.
One problem per report. If you've found more than one thing, send each one separately so none get lost.
After you submit, your report shows up in the Messages tab of the help menu.
You can reply in the same conversation if you have more details to add.
