Adding & Inviting New Team Members (Title Reps)
Learn how to invite new team members to TitleCapture, either individually or in bulk via a CSV file import.
I. Inviting a New Team Member Individually
Log in to your TitleCapture account.
From the app's home screen, navigate to the "Admin Tools" dropdown and select the "Manage Team Members" option.

Hit the “+ Invite member ” button.

- This will prompt a box to enter the Title Rep's email address and assign the team member to a specific branch (if applicable).

- Once completed, click the “Send Invite” button.

Important Note: After sending the invitation, new users will receive an email prompting them to click the "Join Your Team" button. This action will take them to the New User Registration page. Please be aware that the invitation link is valid for 7 days and will expire automatically if the registration is not completed within that timeframe. If the invited team members need another invitation, a "Resend" button is available. Additionally, if they do not see the invitation email in their inbox, they should check their Spam folder before requesting a new invite.
II. Inviting Multiple Team Members at Once (Using Bulk CSV Import)
- Follow the same steps 1 and 2 above (as for inviting individual team members).
- Then, click the “Import Members” button.

- Read the instructions on the prompt, then hit the “Download .csv Template” button.

Important Note: Please ensure that you accurately specify permissions in the last three columns by entering “1” to grant access and “0” to revoke access.
4. Ensure that all fields in the template are accurately filled out with your team's information.
5. After completing the template, save the file in .csv format and email it to support@titlecapture.com.
