Seller Concession

Seller Concession

Using Seller Concessions

In addition to the Real Estate Compensation Section, the Seller Concession section can be used as an alternative option to offset the Buyer's Agent compensation, or any other buyer fees as applicable. You can select between a percentage of Sales Price or a flat amount.

Note: This feature currently applies to the Seller Net Sheet, where it will appear as an expense to the seller, and to the Buyer Estimate, where it will appear as a credit to the buyer.
