What Admins Can Do

Admins have access to features beyond those of a standard Title Rep. Here's what they can manage:

Client Management
  • View all clients in the app — not just those assigned to them
  • See detailed client analytics and activity
  • Edit client profiles

Team Management

  • View and manage all Title Reps
  • Add or remove Title Reps
  • Reassign Title Reps to different offices
  • View the activity of specific Title Reps
  • Edit Title Rep profiles and reset their passwords

System Settings

  • Set a default office for anonymous quotes submitted via the widget or app
  • Set the sender email address for anonymous quotes
  • View and export captured leads from anonymous users who submitted their email

Quoting Access

  • Generate quotes for any client, regardless of office or regional assignment
