Updating your Profile

Registered users can log in and edit their profile information from the Profile section.

     1. Login to your TitleCapture account.

     2. Click on the arrow next to your profile name in the upper right hand corner of your screen.

     3. Click on "Profile".

     4. You can change any of your personal contact information (please note that you'll have to reach out to our Support Team to add social media URLs within the  "Personal" section.

  • Please be aware that, in accordance with enhanced security protocols, usernames cannot be changed unless there are exceptional circumstances. If you believe your situation qualifies, please contact our support team at support@titlecapture.com  for assistance.
  • Your passwords can only be updated from your end or via a password reset or via emailing support@titlecapture.com.

     5. To upload a new profile photo, click on the "Photo" section then click on Choose File:

  • If you experience any issues with your photo not displaying correctly, we recommend trying a different image that meets the specified pixel dimensions (200x200) and file size (up to 160 KB) mentioned above.
  • If you need further assistance feel free to reach out to our Support Team at support@titlecapture.com.

     6.  You may also update your password.
