Creating a TitleCapture account

Video Tutorial

1. To create an account please access the signup page by going to your Title Companie's URL (you can get this from your Title Representative or Customer Relationship Manager).

2.Click "No account? Sign Up Now" on your screen.

3. Complete the signup form. Please key in the details accurately specially your Email Address which will be your username. If your Title Company has more than one office be sure to select the correct Office and Title Agent you are signing up under. Specify if you are a Real Estate Agent, Lender or Homebuyer/Seller/Other when you click the Role: drop down.

4. Once you have hit Sign Up, you will have to go to your Email Inbox to Activate your Account Link - you also have a Resend E-mail option if you fail to receive the initial invitation.

5. On your Email Inbox, kindly look for the invitation email named "One more step for your new quoting experience" and hit the Confirm your email address button .

  • Make sure to also check your Spam Folder if you haven't seen the email in your inbox yet. 
  • You can also use a filter from your email and use keywords such as "One more step" or "new quoting" to help find the emailed confirmation link (see image of email below)

6. Now you can access your account! Run Title Quotes, Loan Estimate Quotes, Seller Net Sheets, Buyer Estimates and a lot more.

7. Lastly, you must update your profile and let your clients learn more about you and know how to reach you! Please Click here to see how to Update your Profile.
