Updating your profile

Registered users can log in and edit their profile information from the Profile section.

     1. Login to your TitleCapture account.

     2. Click on the arrow next to your profile name in the upper right hand corner of your screen.

     3. Click on "Profile".

     4. You can change any of your personal contact information (please note that you'll have to reach out to supand add social media URLs within the  "Personal" section.

  • Please note that due to compliance to enhanced security protocols over online data, the usernames cannot be updated unless it calls for an exceptional scenario
  • You can reach out to our support team at support@titlecapture.com for any scenarios that are exceptional
  • Your passwords can only be updated from your end or via a password reset or via emailing support@titlecapture.com

     5. To upload a new profile photo, click on the "Photo" section then click on Choose File:

  • Please note that the photo accepts 200x200 pixels or roughly 160kb or if you need help with uploading the photo/image follow this link
  • In the event you come across any challenges where the photo is not showing as expected please feel free to try another photo that is within or less than the required pixels (height and width) and size indicated above

     6.  You may also update your password.
