Generating a Title Quote

1. To create a title quote, you can click the + beside the Estimates tab at the top of your home dashboard.

2. Type in your property address. This can be an exact street address or simply the city/state your are quoting in; both will allow you to generate the quote.

This field is linked to Google Maps API and will produce address suggestions as you type.

3. Choose a branch (if applicable).

4. Choose the applicable transaction type from the available options (Purchase with Financing, Cash, or Refinance).

Sales Price

5. Enter the dollar amount of the sales price.

Loan Amount

6. Enter the total loan amount.

(only applicable to Purchase with Financing and Refinance transactions)

7. Enter your endorsements.

These may be pre-checked according to Title Company’s preference. The user may uncheck endorsements or add any endorsements manually using the tick boxes in front

8. When all applicable fields have been filled out, click the Calculate button. The following window will display your quote results.
