We monitor requests in real time, typically review and assign them within 20 minutes, and every request is handled by real people who genuinely care about helping you. 2. In your email—or at any point during the ticket—you can request a phone call or Zoom meeting.
3. We’ll reply with a call-in number or a link to book time directly on our Support calendar.
