Generating a Title Quote
- Start a New EstimateExpand the "New Estimate" tab from the menu at the top of the dashboard. From the drop-down menu, click the "Title Quote" option under the "Quotes" section.
- Enter the Title Quote Details: o modify the name, click the pencil icon
located in the top right corner of the "Title Quote" form. Next, input the property address, which can be either the complete street address or just the city and state. (Tip💡:This field is linked to Google Maps, so address suggestions will appear as you type). - Select a Branch (if applicable):
- Select the Transaction Type
Choose the appropriate transaction type from the dropdown menu. (Note: Your Title Company may have different Transaction Type options available). - Enter the Sales Price
(Only applicable if Purchase with Financing transaction type is selected above). - Enter the Loan Amount
(Only applicable for Purchase with Financing, Refinance, 2nd Loan, and HELOC transactions). - Select Your Endorsements
Some endorsements may be pre-checked based on the Title Company’s preference. You can uncheck them or manually add others by using the checkboxes. - Calculate the Quote
When all applicable fields are filled out, click the "Calculate" button. Your quote results will display in the next window.
