What is TitleCapture's Default Recording Fee Setup?

The Recording & Transfer Taxes in our system are currently hardcoded to charge a state or city's customary fee amounts based on the following documents and number of pages:

  • Deed - 3 pages

  • Mortgage/Deed of Trust/Security Deed - 21 pages
