Written Step-by-Step GuideAfter logging in to your TitleCapture account, navigate to the "Clients" at the left part of the screen.

This will open the Clients – All page, your central hub for managing and inviting clients. where you can view your full client list along with each client’s current status

Now, on the top right of the screen, next to the search bar, click the Invite Client” button.

This will prompt a pop-up box to enter your client's email address. You can click "Send Invitation" to send the email invitation right away, or click "More Options" enter additional information first.

By clicking "More Options", you can enter the client's first and last name, and assign a Branch or assign a Title Agent/Representative. Click Send Invitation to welcome your new client and start collaborating.

Clients will receive an invitation in their inbox like the one shown below, where they can click the "Accept Invite" button to take them to the Complete Your Registration page.

Monitor invitation statuses to easily follow up and keep your network up-to-date. The client will now appear in your Clients list with a status of Invited. From here, you can monitor their progress. When the client accepts the invitation and completes registration, their status will automatically update to Active.

You can also upload multiple clients using a CSV file to import. Follow the same steps 1 and 2 above. Then from the main Clients page, click the three dots next to the + Invite Client button, then select "Import Clients" within the dropdown menu.

To prepare your contacts, start by exporting your client list from your current system, or create a new CSV file using the required format. To make this easy, click “Download Template” on the bottom right. This ensures your file follows the correct structure.

Once your CSV file is ready, Attach your completed CSV file to an email, then send it to [email protected], as shown on the screen. From there, the TitleCapture team will take care of the rest—reviewing your file and importing your clients directly into the system for you.
