New updates to the 'Clients' page make tracking invites, managing clients, and following up easierāhelping you boost app usage and grow your network.
Here's what's new:
Weāve also upgraded the All Clients tab. Now, you can hover over the information icon next to any invitation to see a quick snapshot of the clientās status and their last activity dateāno extra clicks needed.

Weāve added five new Client invitation statuses to help you sort, filter, organize, export, and follow up with clients based on where they are in the invitation process.

Active ā These clients have accepted your invitation and fully registered on your Title Companyās app.
Invited ā These users were invited but havenāt accepted yet. They may need a reminder or a fresh invitation.
Self-Sign Up ā These users self signed up but havenāt clicked the confirmation link in their email yet. They may need follow up to finish their registration.
Declined ā The Declined tab to monitor self sign-up requests that were not approved or did not move forward.
Deactivated ā These clients were deactivated by an admin at your Title Company.
Why This Matters
Each status now has its own dedicated tab, making it easier to track engagement and take action.
Each new status tab now displays key datesāeither the Signed Up date or the Invited On dateāallowing you to quickly identify and prioritize client follow-ups at a glance, without needing to open individual records.

Client invitations no longer expire after 7 daysāthere are now no expiration dates at all! You can easily re-send prior invitations anytime with just one click, eliminating extra steps and making follow-ups more efficient.

Need to follow up with a specific group? Now, you can export client lists directly from any status tab, making outreach and reporting easy.
