Threshold Notifications are designed to alert Title Representatives and Account Executives whenever an agent generates a quote that exceeds a specified dollar amount for either Sales Price or Loan Amount. Here's how to configure these notifications.
1. To view your Notifications settings, click on the dropdown arrow located next to your name in the upper right corner of the home dashboard.
2. On the next page, locate the gray slider on the right side of the screen and move it to the right until it changes to green.
3. Then, specify the dollar amount at which you would like to receive notifications for both Sales Price and Loan Amount. This setting will trigger the system to send you an email whenever one of your agents generates a quote that meets or exceeds the specified amount. Rest assured, your changes will be saved automatically.
