Learn how to invite clients to your title company's TitleCapture app, either individually or in bulk via a CSV file.
Inviting Clients Individually

From the app's home screen, navigate to the "Clients" dropdown or click on the "Invite Your Clients" shortcut to take you to the main Clients page.
- Click the "+ Invite Client" button
- This will prompt a pop-up box to enter your client's email address. You can click "Send Invitation" to send the email invitation immediately, or click "More Options" enter additional information first.
- By clicking "More Options", you can enter the client's first and last name, and assign a Branch or assign a Title Agent/Representative prior to sending the invitation.
- Clients will receive an invitation in their inbox where they can click the "Accept Invite" button to take them to the Complete Your Registration page.
- From this page they can choose a password, enter additional information, then click "Sign-Up" to finish creating their account.
Inviting Multiple Clients at Once (Using CSV Import)
- Follow the same steps 1 and 2 above. Then from the main Clients page, click the three dots next to the + Invite Client button, then select "Import Clients" within the dropdown menu.
- This will generate the pop-up below which includes a link to our CSV import template, and instructions to prepare your contacts.
- Then simply email your CSV file to support@titlecapture.com and we will handle the rest!
